I am a recent graduate student with educational and professional experience in advertising, content production, and visual arts education. I am interested in the fields of event management, advertising, and philanthropy. I have always been a person of many hats, and I love expanding my diverse skill set by indulging myself in unique experiences. I enjoy the creative strategy, attention to detail, and fast-paced coordination that go into producing compelling advertising campaigns. My dream role is one where I can be creative. I hope to contribute to content planning and production, helping shape bold and effective storytelling that resonates with audiences. With a background in advertising, content creation, and visual communication, I am confident in my ability to support impactful campaigns from concept to execution.
My Story
I am a first-generation college graduate from Houston, Texas. I began my college career in San Antonio but found it difficult to recognize the best major to match my wide variety of talents and interests. It was upon transferring to the University of Colorado that I discovered the perfect program for me. In December of 2023, I graduated with a B.S. in Strategic Communications with an emphasis on Advertising Strategy. Throughout my time in higher education, my skills and interests have led me to gain professional experience in a number of fields. I began by working in wedding retail sales, then fundraising, customer service, university admissions, and more. Most recently, I completed a 15-month internship working on the North American marketing team for Hewlett-Packard. It has been a privilege to learn amongst so many talented individuals as I create real-world campaigns developed by my own imagination and supported by those who believe in a vision. I have won both educational and professional awards and graduated from university with Latin Honors and distinction. As I step into post-grad life I am excited to begin a full-time career while also completing my Master's as a part-time NYU graduate student. I am confident in my abilities to make professional impacts and look forward to seeing what lies next in my journey.
